Can I leave the room later?
You must check out of your room before 12:00.
Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (queen bed - two singles)
Yes, depending on the activity and at the time of booking.
We are traveling with a child (or children). Can we add an extra bed in our double room? What other option do you suggest?
We offer the possibility of adding an extra bed in your room but we also have triple and quadruple rooms available.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
All our rooms are non-smoking.
Which languages do you speak at the reception?
French, English, Spanish – Russian or Italian at night depending on the staff rotation.
Where can I rent a car?
At the Gare du Nord or at the airport.
How is the hotel's neighborhood?
It is a lively and central neighborhood, very safe and well served by public transport.
How many floors does the hotel have? Is there an elevator?
The establishment has 8 floors, 6 of which have rooms, and we have an elevator.
Can you keep my luggage when I am not in my room?
Sure.
Where can I park my car in a safe place?
Next to the hotel is a parking lot, Square Monthollon.
Do you offer high-speed internet connection in the rooms for my laptop? Is it a wireless connection?
Yes, all our customers have free Wifi connection throughout the hotel.
Do you have a romantic and peaceful room? How can I book it?
Yes, you can book a quieter room, upon request.
What is the nearest airport? How long does it take to get to the airport? What transportation methods can we use to get to the hotel from the airport?
The nearest airport is Roissy – Charles de Gaulle, located approximately 30 minutes away by taxi, bus or metro.
What is the price of breakfast? What does it include? At what time do you serve it? Can it be served in my room?
We offer our customers a continental breakfast buffet for 15€. It is served in the dining room between 7:30am and 10:00am.
