What times are check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 3pm and check-out finishes at 11am.

Can I vacate the room later?

You have to vacate the room by 12:00.

Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (big bed or two beds)

Yes, depending on occupation and when you book.

We are travelling with one or more children. Could we have an additional bed in a double room? Could you suggest anything else?

Yes, we can let you have an additional bed in the room, but we also have triple and quadruple rooms.

Is there any non-smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking.

How many floors are there in the building? Is there a lift/elevator?

There are 8 floors in the building, 6 of the floors with rooms and there is also a lift/elevator.

Can you store my luggage for me when I leave my room?

Of course.

Is there a safe car park for my vehicle? How much is it?

There is a car park near the hotel, Square Monthollon, and it costs €25 per day.

Is there high speed Internet access in my room to use with my laptop? Is it wireless?

Yes, all our customers can use our free Wi-Fi Internet connection all over the hotel.

Do you have any quiet romantic room? How can I book it?

Yes, you can book a quite room, upon request.

What languages are spoken by your reception staff?

French, English and Spanish; Russian and Italian in the night shift.

Where can I rent a car?

In the Gare du Nord or at the airport.

What’s the area around the hotel like?

It’s a lively and safe area in the centre of the city with good public transport connections.

What is the closest airport? How long is the journey to the airport? Can I get to the airport by public transport?

The closest airport is Roissy-Charles de Gaulle, which is about 30 minutes by taxi, bus or underground.

How much is breakfast? What is it like? What time is it served? Is there room service?

For €15 our guests can enjoy a continental buffet breakfast. Breakfast is served in the dining room from 7.30am to 10am.
